To enter this Sweepstakes, you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility: You must have internet access, a valid email address and an Instagram account to participate. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is open internationally. This sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Individuals (including but not limited to employees, interns, consultants, and contractors) who have within the past 6 months performed services for any of the hosts, and immediate family and household members of the hosts are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry through Instagram: This sweepstakes begins on 11/22/15 at 8:30pm EST and ends on 11/25/15 at 12:00pm EST. Entrants are required to follow the Instagram feeds of all of the hosts of this giveaway for the duration of the giveaway. Entrants are required to either; (1) leave their profile public so that Hosts are able to verify that entrant did in fact complete entry, or to (2) accept the Friend Request of a Host in order to be verified, or to (3) be able to provide proof in the form of time-stamped screen shots that all hosts were followed at time of entry. Entrants are required to like the original Sweepstakes picture on each of the hosts page. 3. Random Drawing/Selection of Winners: Each host will randomly choose a winner from their feed to nominate for the grand prize. A winner from this list will be chosen at RANDOM via the random.org application. The chose winner will be determined to be in compliance with these Offical Rules.

4. Prize: The winner (1) will receive ONE Apple iPad mini 2 and ONE iPad mini Smart cover. The action of purchasing, shipping, and handling will be taken in charge by the host.

5. Winner Notification: The winner will be VERIFIED as completing all steps to enter, and sent a Direct Message within 48 hours of the giveaway ending! Winner will have 48 hours to respond to claim the prize or another entrant will be randomly chosen. This Sweepstakes is open internationally!

6. Winner Prize Collection: The prizes will be shipped directly to the address that the winners will provide to the host.

7. Waiver of Release: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Hosts, as well as Instagram, LLC, and Apple LLC any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any prize. Entrant agrees that any disputes or claims arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without any legal action. No monies will be given to entrants for any type of law-suit or for attorneys’ fees. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Instagram accounts for the Hosts.
