Hi lovelies! This weekend I was skyping with my mom and she gave me the most amazing chocolate mousse recipe ever! And for all of you who love coffee almost as much as chocolate, you will be in heaven! I'm not the best at baking, but when she told me how easy it was to make I had to try. I made it and it was gone in 45 seconds!! Super easy and super good, this is my kind of recipe :)

Ingredients:
300gr of chocolate
80gr of butter
4 eggs
50gr of icing sugar
1/2 cup of coffee (I used hazelnut coffee to add an extra taste!)
1/3 cup of water
How to:
Melt the chocolate with the water and coffee. Add the sugar and mix, then take the pan off the heat and add the butter (mix until it melts). Mix in the 4 egg yolks. Stir the egg whites until light and puffy, and mix them in very slowly as to not break them. Separate into bowls and put in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours (longest 3h of my life!).
PS: I added sliced almonds and chopped white chocolate chips and it was ah-mazing!!
Hope you all love this as much as we did in my house!!
Xoxo,
