Say Quiche, Please

You guys! I know this is mostly a fashion blog but I HAD to share this recipe with you. Growing up my parents would always make quiches for dinner and I always loved those nights, because quiches are the perfect home made dinner to feel warm and fuzzy inside! I made mine with chicken and broccoli but you can switch it up and make it with salmon, tomatoes, bacon,... everything that you love!

Here's my recipe:
For the crust-
250gr of flour
125gr of butter
1 egg
5 tablespoons of water (or more if needed)
salt
For the filling-
2 chicken breasts (cooked using barbecue chicken spices)
100gr of cheese
200gr of broccoli
4 eggs
2dl of heavy cream
spices (I used curry and garlil)
Prepare the dough. Mix all the ingredients together, with the tip of your fingers (don't mix too much, or it will become too hard when it cooks). Put it away in the fridge for about an hour (2h is better). Warm up the oven to 375 fahrenheit, put the dough down into a cooking plate and cook for about 15 minutes.
For the filling, mix together the eggs and the heavy cream, and add the grated cheese and spices. Place the chicken (cooked) and the broccoli (steamed) to the crust, and add the mix of cream, eggs, and cheese on top of it. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the centre of the quiche is dry when you plant a knife in it.
In my case, I made us a few little quiches (used a muffin tin) and a bigger one to keep for later! It was just sooo good, I hope you try it and love it as much as we did!!
Bon appetit, xoxo
